Joe and his team handled every aspect flawlessly from coming out to inspecting right after the storm and then handling all of the insurance details from start to finish. We had a complete roof replacement and it couldn’t have been easier. The crew were efficient and cleaned up afterwards. We can’t recommend Mo-Kan enough!

I could not be more thrilled with the work Mo-Kan did to repair my house after a massive tree failure landed two tree-sized branches on the roof and rear of my house. Their team did a full roof and gutter replacement, full siding replacement, full deck rebuild, and window replacement. It looks phenomenal!! Brian M was great with communication and a breeze to work with. I would absolutely work with them again.

They did a beautiful job replacing our roof. They were responsive and easy to work with. The crew that did the work was incredible. They were respectful and did great work. The clean up was remarkable! They put all my plants and patio furniture back in place and removed all the debris and trash from old roof. I would recommend them to anyone.

I hired MO-KAN Contracting LLC to transform the look and feel of our downstairs. We needed to have all the work completed in a short time, which they met even with us throwing in a last-minute change. When I first reached out, the owner Joe Shepherd contacted me directly to discuss the work and availability of his crew to begin working. He also discussed the types of flooring and shared his knowledge on the ones I was interested in. That helped me a great deal and made it easier to decide. His Project Manager Brian and the team arrived as planned and since I office out of my home and have meetings, they let me know the period they would be making the most noise. Brian gave him his business card and let me know he would be my point of contact. When I shared with Brian I wasn’t certain on the color I wanted to paint the doors and was going to look at colors again after I got off work, he provided a color swatch book so I didn’t have to go back out. Again, something to make my life easier. When the crew completed all the work, I could not believe the transformation. It was exactly what I hoped it would be. They removed all the carpet, put new flooring, painted walls, ceiling, doors and replaced cracked tiles on my bathroom floor and windows without leaving any messes behind. I felt like I hired the most expensive contractor and MO-KAN was not the most expensive, they were well within my budget. It is always stressful when trying to decide who to hire for home improvement or repair work. I would talk to the crew every morning after they arrived, and they would go over the plans for the day and they never made me feel like I was bugging them, which I have experienced with other contractors in the past. The owner Joe reached out to me halfway through the process to see how I felt about the work and once it was complete as well. I know this is a lengthy review, but it is difficult to find an honest business with detailed focused workers and great customer service in any line of work these days. This is important to share, and I want to help other people with making such a major decision.

Great experience working with MoKan start to finish!
Initially my insurance company came out on their own and denied my roof, saying there wasn't damage. I appealed and had MoKan come out with the insurance company rep and walk the roof, which resulted in it getting approved for replacement.
From there they worked fast, did a fantastic job, cleaned up well and were in and out in no time. Highly recommend!
